The Skills Of Poetry

People have different senses of poetry. Some people don't like poetry, and some do. I once figured out my writing skill by trying to see if could write. I showed my parents everything I do that seemed impressive to me. They'd always say that it is really good. But sometimes I don't feel that way. So I tried everything. I tried drawing, doing skilled math problems, and beautiful photography. But then I thought that maybe some of those things aren't going to be interesting someday, well at least that is what I think. So then I went to this poetry club at my school, just for an interest. It was so fun! That's when I finally figured out that this could be one of my passion, writing!!


Poetry expresses feelings of  what you are writing about. It can show happiness, depression, or anger. There are definitely lots of positive things you can improve in your life like creativity and showing deep feelings. For example, Chocolate cake. What can you describe about chocolate cake? You would probably
say creamy, mouthwatering, and tempting, for chocolate lovers I would say. Now do you see my point here?
The most important part about poetry is description. You have to emphasize that point to be creative in your writing.Now, deep feelings can almost express how you feel. Let's use that same chocolate cake example, if you are writing a poem about chocolate cake, it can sometimes show that maybe you actually are hungry for cake. And sometimes you might not even know that you were hungry for it. If you see, poetry shows your thoughts. See, this is why poetry is even a thing to do. For people who are mentally shy, or for people who can follow these skills of poetry. It can be for people who are inquisitive about poetry and love the way it sounds. Even if you hate poetry or love poetry, you just got to keep the skills with you,and make your life being followed with your passion!
