                                                                  Myrtle Beach
                                                                        2018

Ahhhhhhh... Myrtle Beach, don't you love the sound of it? Especially that last word, Beach.
It can remind you of the sunrise, splashing water, the soft sand, the hot sun, beautiful seashells,
and much more!! When I went to Myrtle Beach, it was such a great experience! Even if it took
10 long hours to drive there, it was so worth it!!
                                                                                                                             Sunday October 14th

Our road trip was like a big adventure! My family and I woke up early in the morning at 5:00 AM.
We brushed our teeth, took a shower, and put on our comfortable travel clothing. Then everybody
came downstairs and helped by loading all of the suitcases in the van. Finally everything was all in,
we were all set to travel!! I was super excited! I was imagining how awesome this trip would be.
I went to Myrtle Beach with my parents, grandparents, and my little sister, Darsha. After everyone
got settled into the van, we went to Starbucks for a nice coffee. Then we finally started traveling.
I was really sleepy because I woke up early, so I slept for at least 1-2 hours. My parents and
grandparents were just talking while my sister probably was just taking a tiny nap. Then after
I took my nap, the next thing I noticed when I woke up was we were at West Virginia to stop
for a bathroom break. I got up and saw my sister playing on our Ipad. I looked around and
all of the doors were open. Then when everybody was done going and coming from the bathroom.
We went traveling again. Then the GPS got us in a wavy route and we still couldn't eat breakfast
yet! While the GPS got us in a wavy route, my sister threw up! I was about to throw up, but
good thing I held it. Finally we got back on the highways to go to the gas station. And I saw
something really cool! I got to see how a village looks like! I even saw a village post office!
After we we got the gasoline in our van, we headed to the highways. Finally we came to
Virginia! " Oh Phew", I said , " Just one more state and we'll be here!" Then we stopped
again to go to I hop to eat some breakfast! I was really hungry! After we got in, I got
Pumpkin pancakes with a scoop of ice cream on top! It felt like if I haven't ate for a month!
Then after everyone ate, we left and got back on the road again. We traveled to North
Carolina for at least 3-4 hours. Then from North Carolina to South Carolina, it took about
6 hours. Everyone was feeling REALLY tired and my grandfather threw up as soon as we got to the
parking lot. Finally, Finally, FINALLY, we got to our hotel room. I was EXHAUSTED!

                                                           THE NEXT DAY                                                  Monday Oct.15
                                                                                                                                                  2018
Yay! My family and I can finally go to the beach today! I got all dressed in my swimsuit and put
on my favorite dress on top. While I was getting ready, my parents left for grocery shopping.
So that means we can't go to the beach until they come back. And they said that they will come
back in 1 hour! Oh come on! Seriously?

                                         1 hour later

Yes! We can finally go to the beach! I grabbed everything we need. I got our beach toys, sunscreen,
a mat, and our towels. We all headed out the door and went down the elevator. I ran down the beach
as the moist sand went across my toes. I went and finally found a good place to set our mat down and
walked towards the ocean. The water was really cold, but I could feel the rocks move across back and
fourth to my feet. It felt like my feet was pulling back from the ocean. Then I heard my mom call out my
name. She said we can get our beach toys and make a sandcastle!"Yay!", I said as I skipped back to
  the mat.

My parents were just sitting down dipping their feet in the hot tub and talking while my grandparents,
sister and I were making a deal to build the biggest sandcastle we could ever make. As soon as we
started working on it, I felt a little bored so I went to surf in the ocean. As soon as I came back, there
was this little girl who loved my grandma's sari. She kept talking about saries for a while, then she left.
After my grandparent were done with building the sandcastle, we went to go and play in the swimming
pool. We had so much fun for hours! Finally it was time to go to our hotel room.

                                        4 Continuous Days Of Awesomeness

On the last day that evening, we flew our kites, and made sandcastles using our feet to mold in. We also made up games like hiding the seashell and playing tag.We had so much fun!!!

                                                                  The Next Day

Finally it was time to leave.I was a little upset but relieved that it was time to leave. Before we left, we stopped to eat some breakfast. I ate a nice french toast with syrup, butter, and a pinch of sweet powdered
sugar. After my family and I ate we headed back for the 10 hour drive.

                                                               10 hours later

Yes!! We are finally home! And I was EXHAUSTED AND TIRED! Because we were supposed to be at home by 3-5 pm but instead we came home at 8 pm. That's because stopped too many times to eat and grab a drink. But the good thing is we are finally home. At about 8:10, my parents went to pick up our food while my grandparents, sister, and I took a shower and relaxed on the couch. After my parents came home, we all ate dinner and talked for a while. Finally we went to sleep peacefully. Since now I have told you my Myrtle Beach trip adventure and how much fun we had, I hope you find this entertaining and get convinced to go to the beach someday. And like I said, this beach trip was so worth it!!!
